Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the SignatureOdds Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Company Information

2. Eligibility

2.1 Affiliates must be of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of enrollment.

2.2 The Program is open to participants worldwide.

2.3 Affiliates may simultaneously be active, paying customers of SignatureOdds.

2.4 The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or account at any time.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates participate in the Program as independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

• All applicable taxes and reporting obligations
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Any expenses incurred in connection with promotional activities

4. Commission Structure

The Program operates under a two-tier recurring commission model, as outlined below.

4.1 Tier One – Direct Referrals

Affiliates shall earn a commission of $50 USD per month for each paying customer directly referred through their unique affiliate link. Commissions recur for the duration that the referred customer remains an active, paying member.

4.2 Tier Two – Sub-Affiliate Referrals

Affiliates shall earn a commission of $10 USD per month for each paying customer referred by an affiliate personally recruited by them. Tier Two commissions are recurring and not subject to any earnings cap.

5. Custom Affiliate Arrangements

The Company reserves the right to offer customized affiliate terms, commission structures, or incentives to select affiliates, including high-volume creators or strategic partners. Any such arrangements shall be documented separately in writing and may supersede portions of this Agreement.

6. Commission Eligibility and Holding Period

6.1 Commissions become eligible for payout thirty (30) days after the referred customer successfully completes payment.

6.2 No commissions shall be earned or paid for customers who request refunds, cancel subscriptions, or initiate chargebacks.

6.3 Any commission previously paid on refunded or charged-back transactions may be reversed, withheld, or deducted from future payouts.

7. Payouts

7.1 Affiliates may request payouts at any time once commissions are eligible.

7.2 Available payout methods, procedures, thresholds, and requirements are communicated exclusively through the Affiliate Dashboard.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to modify payout methods or procedures at its discretion without prior notice or amendment to this Agreement.

8. Tracking and Attribution

8.1 Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies with a thirty (30) day duration.

8.2 Attribution is determined on a last-click basis.

8.3 The Company's internal tracking systems shall serve as the sole authority in determining referral validity and commission eligibility.

9. Promotional Activities

9.1 Affiliates may promote SignatureOdds using paid or organic marketing channels at their own expense.

9.2 Affiliates are permitted to bid on any keywords, including brand-related terms.

9.3 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all promotional materials comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.

The Company does not guarantee any level of earnings, profitability, or financial outcome for affiliates or customers.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates shall not engage in any activity that includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or automated traffic
• Manipulation of tracking or payout systems
• Misrepresentation of the Company's services or results

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement or for conduct deemed harmful to the Program.

Upon termination, the Company may withhold unpaid commissions associated with invalid, refunded, or fraudulent activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from participation in the Program.

13. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
